Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  We gladly accept Paypal and money orders.  If you need to make a payment, click HERE to contact us.

Q:  I like one of your designs, but can I change the color / font?
 

A:  Yes! We offer customizing of any type for your website.  We also have a large list of fonts we use.  Feel free to contact us to see if we have a specific font you are looking for.  We can match any color you like!

Q:  Do you edit / resize product photos?

A:  Yes. Dream dezign utilizes Photoshop and Illustrator to create clean and crisp and clear photos for products. However, Dream dezign also believes in enabling you as the store operator the ability to be self-sustaining. As an alternative to purchasing custom photo editing, here are a few sites that offer free image editing programs for download and personal use.

Q:  Can you apply a Watermark to my photos?

A:  Yes, the cost for watermarking is $25/ per 100 photos.

Q:  Do you offer phone consultations?

A:  Yes, but please respect our hours which are as follows: M-F 10am-4pm Central Standard time.
We would be happy to assist you over the phone should you have any questions.

Q:  If I purchase a design, who owns the rights to the graphics?

A:  When you purchase any design by Dream dezign, you are purchasing a non eclusive licence to use the design.  Which means you are not to alter or change the graphics, or layout , nor are you permitted to remove design credit links.  You may use the design for the sole purpose of having shared use of the graphics but you may not share, alter or make new graphics/websites.  All rights of your website remain with Dream Dezign.  Your right to use the graphics, html, and templates are subject to the restrictions set forth in the Terms of Service, set forth in this agreement.  
Nothing on anything created by Dream dezign is public domain.

Q:  Can you disable right click ability on my website?

A:  Yes, we will secure your website with a no right click script that will prevent anyone from right clicking and saving images, free of charge to you.

Q:  What are nameservers and how do I use them?

A:  When you are in your domain account manager, you will have two nameservers already on your domain. REPLACE them with the two new ones (included in your welcome email)..   Do not add them to the list because you will end up with 4 nameservers.  You want to replace them.

Q:   Will your designs work on all browsers?

A: Every design is tested to ensure it is multi browser capable, and that each design remains fluid through every user and screen resolution.

Q:   Will you customize a website if I am unsure of what I want?

A:  Yes, we can come up with some ideas and design something based on your prferences.  Once you approve of the design concept, we will take it from there. 

Q:  After my website is set up, what kind of support do you offer?

A:  I will teach you how to use your website, and answer any questions you have.  I don't set it all up and leave you, it would be pointless for me to design a website that you cannot use!  I work with you to ensure your up and going.   I go above and beyond, and available to walk you through anything you need a little extra help with.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A:  Because of the tremendous time consumption of our services, we do not offer refunds.  Once your order is received, steps are taken to begin your project in a timely manner.  A great deal of thought and consideration is implemented in the process of completing your order.  The artist, or web designer works a rate of 50.00 an hour.  However, should you change your mind concerning your purchase within 24 hours, a refund may be possible depending on whether or not work has already begun.  There are no refunds for any payments made including layaway payments, split portion payments that are applied towards the balance.
