The following is a legal agreement between you (the client) and Dream Dezign.  Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing.

Authorization:
Installation of the web design on the client's hosting account. The client hereby authorizes Dream Dezign access their site administration for the sole purpose of installing the web design.

Copyright:
Dream Dezign retains copyright privileges for images and designs. Our clients own copyright to their own website content. Dream Dezign copyright notice appears at the bottom of each website or web creation. The text and link may not be removed or altered. Link removal will cause license to be revoked and all permission of graphics be terminated.

Nothing on this web site is public domain.

Payment:
We accept of forms of payment through Paypal.

Cancellation: There are no refunds due to the nature of digital products or services.

Licencing Agreement
The Graphics,HTML, website content are copyrighted. All rights are owned by Dream dezign and its affiliates. Your right to use the html, graphics and templates are subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

 

You may not alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any or all images. You may not use the graphics to create new images.

 

The sole purpose for my templates and graphics are for listings only with ebay or your website. Graphics and HTML may not be used outside of ebay or your domain.

 

Dream dezign credit appears at the bottom of each template and may Not be removed.

 

You may not use the HTML, and graphics to create new templates or web content.
